I did some research on this topic few days back and found that:
Flash alone (Without using Flash Media Server) can have very limited
capabilities for audio recording. It can just record the audio from user's
microphone and playback the recorded audio. The recorded audio can't be
saved
AS 2.0 provide Microphone class you can get the help of the same class
in help of flash 8.

I could not store the stream even during runtime.
Will I be able to do it using only flash? Or I
you cannot save voice/audio recording to a physical location unless
you are running Flash Media Server.
