Remove an obsolete option for airport-id.
Erik, the option require an ICAO id, so I think this is
the right option and find more logical to deprecate
--airport instead.

Hi,
I noticed that the fact that scenery loading is faster when pressing 'v'
is caused by the fact that FlightGear doesn't bother rendering the scene
in the mean time.
Maybe it would be a good idea to set /sim/rendering/draw-otw to false
just after the message box is displayed, and setting it

I'm with Erik on this one. Otherwise, we'd need to change --vor to
--vor-id, --ndb to --ndb-id, etc.

It was just a problem of consistency between the name of the option

I noticed you didn't touch options.cxx yet so both are still valid.
Yep. And I intend to keep it that way for at least a few months more.

Hi,
I was wondering, do others feel that the changes in the last week or so
justify a new release (0.9.5-1)? I have the feeling that it does.
I realize Curtis is busy for the next two weeks so it has to wait some
more, but if this is desired I will hold off any drastic changes to the
code

I think that the fix will be simply to force the mouse pointer to be

This is in CVS now. Could you please test it?

So everything speeding up this would be good!
If you use current CVS, you can set /sim/sceneryloaded-override to true
to have the old behavior.
Very good , thank you.

That solves the problem completely. Thank you very much, Erik.
All the best,

Nothing stops you selling the items under a second, more restrictive license, and
charging for it.
Except that only an idiot would buy it; but they might not think to look for the model
in FlightGear (so they'd just be misinformed, not an idiot).
I think, though that that's sailing too close
I just updated plib, SimGear, fgfs, and the base package from cvs. Both
js_demo and fgfs dont identify my CH Flight Sim Yoke and my Pro Pedals,
both USB. js_demo shows just for the name of both. jstest
identifies both correctly. I tried and old js_demo and it worked as
usual. Does anyone
Dave,
I just tested my setup. Same problem here. I suspect that a recent change in
plib broke things. Yesterdays cvs update of plib consisted mainly of js
updates. I have also submitted some CH Yoke config changes to the base
package, (mainly how it handles flaps) which were added to cvs
