enviroment for next year +

A dead reckoning system of current network
And easy way to chat..
And to do some of the Multiplayer tasks without FG.. as an install..

I noticed the same some while now. I thought that
Csaba, I have the same problem. Lock-up is caused by the Landmass shader as
soon as I switch to level 4.
