At FG start up (with Windows 7) I have very low frame rates (1-3fps) for a minute or two. After that the rate increases to about 40. Using Windows Task Manager I see that the CPU and memory usage are quite low during this slow period. However, switching to Windows Resource Monitor it is immedia
