I've got a problem generating outlines in PDFs using the outline extensions
and fop v0.20.1: the PDF document gets generated okay but no outlines. This
happens even with the example pdfoutline.fo. I invoked fop using
fop -fo pdfoutline.fo -pdf pdfoutline.pdf

I define my cells in the following way in order to display their borders:
fo:table-cell border-style=solid border-width=0.001pt
Take a look at http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/CR-xsl-20001121/xslspec.html for
more information on FO tags.

the 2 files page.svg and float.svg were not found during the fop run because

fop.fo file there where the following references to the images:
src=url(page.svg)
and
src=url(float.svg)
