I need to keep paragraph headings together with the
paragraphs. As I understand from another mail this is not implemented in fop
yet. Any idea when this is likely to be implemented?

I am trying to send fop generated PCL from web server to network printers.
For each document, we know the print controls(like duplex etc.) Is there a
way to embed these controls as part of the PCL stream so that duplex prints
are automatically delivered as duplex without any other interve

printer.I am trying to send the FOP generated PCL through Infoprint server
at the mainframe for distributed printing to remote printers ( HP laserjet 4
and 5). As suggested by Art, I am opting for the [x] option time being. .
This is really a great add on to FOP. Particularly for people who want to
print in the mainframe environment with the AFP printers.

I don't think you can disable save button using iText. You can only disable
copy, print buttons. Sometime back I was looking for this and found
Bruno(iText) saying that this button is not controlled by PDF stream.
But as JP suggested, if you are interested in disabling print button afte
FOP genera
You can disable the entire tool bar using iText including save button (thus
you can remove all buttons.)
