- FOP 0.20.2RC
The same PC is use as Web server and client.
The slowing down is more important on laptop than on PC with this same
configuration !!!
Have you heard about this problem before ?

For the same reason, I can't use:
userConfigFile = new File(userConfig);
options = new Options(userConfigFile);

I had the same problem, but it was because the OutputStream is not closed in method
run() of the class CommandLineStarter of the FOP library. I patched my FOP and closed
the OutputStream, and have no more problems...
If you use this class try to close the Stream...
