Hi!
When I use fop to directly print a document containing an svg image, the
image is produced w/ correct size on paper. However, if I produce pdf and
then print it w/ adobe acrobat reader, the image is sligtly (ratio about
14/15) smaller than the original.

Thanks! I somehow missed that.
Combination of setting scaling = none in the print settings and using
ps driver instead of pcl

This problem is now documented in our FAQ:

I put in the Xalan2.7 into the endorsed library (and serializer.jar, it needs
that too) but I still get the same problem on 0.92
Make sure you have it in the jdk-home/jre/lib/endorsed directory if
you've installed a JDK rather than a JRE. In my jre/lib/endorsed
directory for Sun JDK 1.4.2_10 I have the following JARs:
- serializer-2.7.0.jar
- xalan-2.7.0.jar
- xercesImpl-2.7.1.jar
- xml-apis-1.3.02.jar
And that works fine.

Thanks very much. it works!. unfortunately it has a small side-effect. the
integrating of png in rtfs (with the following snippet) is no longer
possible. for me it isn't necessary, but it would be a nive feature ;-)
thanks very much

PNG support for RTF output is restored now in Subversion. Thanks for
reporting that.

I don't think SVG support has yet been implemented for the RTF renderer.

Sascha, after a short exchange with another RTF specialist, I've
committed my changes that add SVG support to the RTF output. It may not
be perfect, yet, but maybe it already helps you. So, if you're into
Subversion you can download the latest sources from there (FOP Trunk)
and try it out.
Hi,
I encountered this behaviour when I used a JDK 1.3 plus tomcat 4.1
Since I have upgraded my platform to JDK 5 and tomcat 5.5, this error
did not occur.
Upgrading JDK gives another advantage: rendering speed (approx X2) ;)
