[fossil-users] how to turn off prompting for gpg passphrase

I have `gpg' installed on my system. when doing `fsl branch new branchname basis' (and only then) I'm prompted by `gpg' for my phassphrase. why is this happening and how can I turn this off? am I missing something? I'm quite sure that this passphrase query was not issued until some months

So we have a branch-1.28 which is suppose to be for release. I'm wondering if anybody is actually using and testing it? Note that the self-hosting Fossil website, as well as most other websites I control, like SQLite and Tcl/Tk, are running off of trunk and are thus getting real-world testing of
