wiki page.
Wiki Formatting Rules page shows the syntax in rule #5.
I have two wiki pages PB_text and PB_refs. On wiki PB_text is defined anchor

While simplifying fileage handling is on going, I wonder how difficult would it
be to version fileage information in fossil repository.
