FrameMakers multiple document interface, and the maximise/minimise buttons
on the title bar all work normally. The problem is actually the sticky
window which continues to display the minimised document when it is supposed

need to create the graphic for each chapter number.
IF you are lucky you might find a suitable font. But I wouldn't count on it.
