If you're using FrameMaker 12, then add the paragraph catalog to the pod. Click Format Paragraphs Catalog. It will be automatically added to the pod. Thereafter, if you want the catalog list to always stay open, right click the pod and deselect Auto-Collapse Iconic Pods. When you are done,
