Although I use MIF2GO for conversion, I usually use PNG format graphics in
my Frame files so no conversion is necessary.
If something needs to change, I usually do a batch resize or conversion of
graphics myself, using Photoshop, although any suitable program should work.

Create a new paragraph tag with minimal font size and leading (unless you
want it to stand out), and set the color of the font to white.
Insert it at the anchor points in the text where you want the index
cross-refs to lead readers. Type your date and generate the List/Index of
paragraphs.

If you run each by printing to the Acrobat logical printer and select
