Just select the option "Convert CMYK Colors to RGB" and try again. This
worked for me, although I really don't want to convert my CMYK colors to
RGB.

In FrameMaker 9 and 10, you can see a list of missing graphics ("unresolved
graphic inset" or "unresolved image") in the "Insets Pod". Is there also a
way (or, if necessary, a Framescript) to export or save this list?
