Thanks for all of your suggestions. For those who were curious, the reason I was asked to do this is that the company who owns the manuals sometimes sells their product under a rebranding agreement, and smaller companies do not have the justification to use Frame. I'm not too worried about a

Hi Laura, I've had the same issue. I've experimented quite a bit with this. What I eventually found worked best, was to create a PDF of the manual with the required conditions showing. In Acrobat, I then use Export> Word document or Export> RTF. It's still messy I have to admit - you may need t

Hi Laura,Make a copy of the files.Then, in the copy delete the conditions that you do NOT want shown in the output. When you delete a condition, you are given the option to make the text unconditional or to delete it. You'll want to delete it. After you do that, save the file out to RTF.Regards,Sar
