I agree. I import Visio graphics into both FrameMaker and MS Word, and
the results have always been legible.

I'm creating pop-ups from images in my documentation. I'm doing this by
inserting ImageAreaAltText Markers in text frames defined in the graphics.
After regenerating my project the pop-ups appear like they're supposed to
when I pass my cursor over them. Unfortunately, these pop-ups
I use the FrameMaker primitives that Bill Briggs created. I added them
to AutoText (you do use the AutoText plug-in, right?), so I can just
select the piece I need from the AutoText menu, type the text, and then
add the next piece. Some final alignment at the end and it's done. Using

While the plug-in was not a perfect solution, once my toc was stable, I set
up the page breaks and line breaks. Then I just had to select the two menu
options to have them automatically applied again. I found that much easier
than redoing all the breaks manually.
