Christiane I'm assuming your on WInXP. When we first started using FM9 Save As PDF, the graphics on the first page of PDFs disappeared. We installed the Microsoft HotFix and it solved our problem (even though it seemed more for text problems, it fix our graphics problem; go figure) Install

Stuart, I would wager that your maker.ini, of your previous install, was modified to recognize these missing fonts. If you still have the old installation on your system check the [WindowsToFrameFontAliases] section of the maker.ini file. Copy the section and paste it into your current version.

Do you get a frame has experienced a serious error and must quit? It doesn't sound like it but if it does you can try getting Adobe to interpret the error message and log. See if you get the same error by printing to another printer driver. Then if possible see if you can isolate the error to one

Good question. I have seen the same error in Frame 7.2 occasionally when generating on-line help using WebWorks ePublisher, probably during the printing/rasterization stage. It indicates Frame is trying to close during the operation. In my case it is not reproducible (doesn't happen very often).
