You just have to add a header row (Table>Add Rows or Columns>Add 1 Row
To Heading).
Unlike Word, you can't tell Frame that a row is (or is not) a heading
row. If you want a heading row, you have to add one. If you don't want a
heading row, you have to delete it.

Indeed, Rick's TableCleaner plug-in is what you need. You can even batch
convert body rows to heading rows and then select the option to only convert
rows in tables without existing heading rows:

Another way to get the graphics involves using Word 2007.
1. Create a copy of the file saving it using the .docx extension.
2. Go to the folder where you saved the docx.
3. Change the file extension from .docx to .zip. For example,
