I know of no good books for FM 10. Like Nadine, I recommend the Scriptorium book. I used it when upgrading from FM 7 to 10 and found it much more useful than the FM 9 Classroom in a Book. Another unhelpful one is Introduction to FM 9 for Windows by Underwood. Lynda.com has excellent basic tutorial

Hi, The TOC and Index in my book file do not retain their custom page size settings (7 x 8.5) when a PDF is generated using Framescript. I can create the PDF with correct page size settings when I print to PDF manually. Is there something special with Framescript that I need to know about? I
