For future reference: The fix from the Adobe KB (TCS3Update.zip) didn't work, but my IT guy found another one somewhere titled FM10_license_updater.exe that did work. So that problem is fixed. Now I can open FM 10, but when I do HelpUpdates and try to download the FM 10.0.2 update, it errors

Hi, My manager just asked me to find out if Adobe has plans for any major upgrades to FrameMaker/RoboHelp/TCS in the next year, so she can add money to the budget for it if we think the upgrade is worth it. Has anyone heard anything? Thanks... Jenny Hecker Infor Columbus
