For future reference: The fix from the Adobe KB (TCS3Update.zip) didn't work,
but my IT guy found another one somewhere titled FM10_license_updater.exe
that did work. So that problem is fixed. Now I can open FM 10, but when I do
HelpUpdates and try to download the FM 10.0.2 update, it errors
this:
Error loading Updater workflow. Can anyone shed light on this? I tried for
almost an hour to ask the question on the Adobe forums, but it keeps kicking me
out before I finish typing the question. I am frustrated

Hi,
My manager just asked me to find out if Adobe has plans for any major upgrades
to FrameMaker/RoboHelp/TCS in the next year, so she can add money to the budget
for it if we think the upgrade is worth it. Has anyone heard anything?
