Just to add to the list, I have used FrameMaker for years to create
J-cards for cassette mix tapes (and later jewelcase inserts for mix
CDs) that I make for friends. FrameMaker makes it easy to format text
and images exactly as I want them for these projects *and* I can
generate LOP lists of songs

I've used FM to write training documents for my union. I can't do it as much as
I'd like to because, of course, not many folks have FM and they wouldn't be able
to maintain the docs. But the union has a group of tech writer members, so when
I write for them, I can use it.
