automatically save each file to specific location, move the file to a
subfolder of where the docs are, right click on the file and select Copy

That's very slick. I never knew they had a FrameMaker plugin before.

most smoothly for me; has a slew of options; and has a toolbar that

I like HyperSnap. It's an excellent screen capture program and has very
good editing options.
If you want to go the free route, MWSnap is the best free one I've seen
so far.
