Hi Ed, This may have been it! I had unchecked that system/document font box, but never expected that I would have to keep doing it. We'll have to see if it lasts the day or requires constant re-unchecking. The latest PDF looks exactly like the earlier print version and current screen view.

Tom Magnus suggested confirming this, but yes, Frame's printer is set to Adobe PDF when printing to .ps. Per the thread noted below, DisplayUsingPrinterMetrics is set to ON in the default maker.ini file. I don't quite understand the file note for that setting--what I see on-screen is the same
