We're moving toward automating the PDF creation process from our FM files,
though, and I don't know if we'll be able to get it fully automated if we're
having to run a plugin bet

of the line in which the super/subscript occurs. The line stands out
from the other copy, and I don't like it. How do I prevent it?

Line Spacing and click Update All.
