Save Book As...PDF is the fastest
way I know to distill a book. But when I distill a book with mixed page
sizes, all the pages come out the same size. This does not happen if I
use the command Print Book and then choose Adobe PDF,
but this method is so much slower. Does anyone know of a way to
in the city of Pomona, California.
If anyone is interested, please respond

Tag B and eliminated Tag C for all occurrences in the file.
8. After you are finished, display your list of Conditional Text tags, choose
Tag C, and trash it.
