So when you do the front of the book TOC, do you also list the Chapter TOC
or start with the first heading in that specific chapter?

Why not turn your table made Note/Caution/Warning into a graphic which will
easily scale into a table cell. Place it on the Reference page and call it
up just like a format.

I've opened a couple old Frame docs V7.2, V8, and V9 and just gone looking
for a specific phrase that I knew a word was misspelled. Found it in V7.2,
and V8, Flew right past it and found no misspelled words in V9. Same thing
with searching for a number sequence in Find/Change. I know it's there, I

the pdf is created?

Check your reference pages. I recently worked through a document where lines
of text graphics had been placed in the reference pages, then deleted, but
the paratags still intact. Every time I checked for unresolved references it
took me to a blank space on a page, and I finally wised up.

Why is it that Adobe supports more Microsoft products than their own
documentation tool Framemaker? For that matter Microsoft doesn't even have a
documentation program (Word isn't) for much more than writing letters home
to mom. You'd think there would be a direct pdf-Frame tool.

There is no comparison between Word and FrameMaker. Word if for writing
letters home to mom and dad, FrameMaker is for writing documents in the
business world. Word doesn't begin to have the depth or capacity that
FrameMaker does. Anything done in Word that pushes two or more pages
becomes inherent
