Hi all, I recently acquired what seems to be a very nice 6 plate flatbed Moviola (that may prove to be a contradiction in terms, we'll see). I haven't played with it much yet. I've been warned that it's a notorious film snapper, but I haven't experienced that yet.  I wonder if anyone knows

I would first check the pot labelled master and then start working my way down the chain. If you put the first mag sound deck in so that it locks ot the master pix deck, and then you turn the master knob, does the mag sound deck turn? If so, the control signal is making it out and it's the drive
