I just rebuilt perl5.8 and reinstalled it. make buildworld

Hi folks,
After running

This is a (slightly edited) repost of a question I asked in February
of 2002, to which I got no answer. I never got round to this
project, but now I wonder if it would be easier to manage...
I'd like to run something under FreeBSD 4.9 which can make my

Hello all.
I am currently running an older P3/500 with 4.9 and am looking into purchasing
an external USB CD-R/RW unit to add to this machine. Unfortunately, the
mainboard only supports USB 1.1. I understand that this would not be the
most ideal for an external CD-R/RW and that I'd most likely h
Running 4.10, with the system sendmail. Installed milter-sender
from ports. It works great, except for the fact that it dies
approximately twice a day with signal 11 (segment violation).
Has anyone else experienced this, or better yet, have a fix for it?
Thanks.

This is a pretty simple question, I'm just looking for tools that report
back disk or user disk usage.
I remember these commands, but I can't remember what they are called

Hello. Now I have my /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xdm/Xaccess contain (only) this:
* CHOOSER BROADCAST
according to xdm(1) this will enable XDMCP host chooser upon user login.
Now I reboot, xdm login box pops up, everything like it was before.
I thought there will be a bottom to click to launch the choos
I am having problems mounting my cdrom drive.
i have also run the command
mount_cd9660, and this is the result
[EMAIL PROTECTED] mount_cd9660 /dev/acd0 /cdrom/
mount_cd9660: /dev/acd0: Invalid argument
this is with the mount command
[EMAIL PROTECTED] mount -v -t cd9660 /dev/acd0 /cdrom/
cd9660
check for /dev/acd0

I am running into a problem with using vpnc and isakmpd on the same
system (not at the same time) on a FreeBSD 5.2.1-RELEASE-p8 system.
With IPSEC enabled in the kernel, vpnc worked fine. Then, I had to
include IPSEC_ESP so that isakmpd would work. Now, vpnc is broken.
I compiled in IPSEC_DEBUG
