Make sure you connect to it via https. Also, it does not work for the 6xxx series cards. Only the 7xxx,8xxx and 9xxx cards. e.g. if its on port 888 (the default) and your ip address is 192.168.1.1 https://192.168.1.1:888 will do the trick. The default userid passwd is 3ware ---Mike
