I am planing to upgrade my 4.6.2/i386 desktop box to current. Is there
some information online about switching from 4.x to 5.0?
What are the new features and bits?

know the Handbook says to replace the disk (this is a Maxtor 20GB disk),
but since is not a production system, just my private Dial-In Server, I
am not really looking forward into getting a new disk. Any chance to fix
this error? What about badsect? How does this work?

right, it looks if .Xmodmap exists, if so, it sets this as the system wide Xmodmap.
But I can't make it work. I always have a full-stop (.) when hitting the comma key on
my key pad.
Any help would be appreciated,
