I don't see them.
IME you get a lot less ads and clutter when you're logged in -- the
experience for wiki maintainers isn't half as bad as it is for powerless
users. That's presumably deliberate...
But that doesn't seem to be the thing here --
AFAIK sourceforge allows hosting per project Wikis using MediaWiki. However
I propose not to host the Wiki on the same service as the rest. Having
single points of failure is never nice.

Apart from this, I don't think we're currently using Sourceforge for
