Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15747 (project freeciv): As far as I can tell the message is in error. Replacing either one of the "what - S_LAST - 1" formulas with just "what" fixes it. But replacing both breaks it again. This is either the cause of a compiler bug (unlikely) or a hidden bug somewh
