The following should fix all what was wrong:
* The client can handle the C_S_OVER state from C_S_PREPARING.
* The global observer can actually slide the map without crash.
* /take after observing globally really works.

You are right, it's not useful to send those meetings.
There is an other oddity. It seems that the client absolutly needs to receive
the C_S_RUNNING state to switch to the game page. So, is it better to send 2
states consecutively (C_S_RUNNING
