More than 55 of the NLS updates are from me - and NO real updates. I simply checked the original NLS versions and added an UTF-8 file to the german cp850/858 file as it was already done in French and Turkish. I am not sure if my and Berkis UTF-8 files should be in this FreeDOS version, they are
