Hi,
When is someone announcing Freedos 1.0 on news:alt.os.free-dos,
news:comp.os.msdos and so on? I'd like to let this honour to the team,
but if you're not willing to do it, I can do too :)
On the IRC channel, tassi_office told lets ask blair to have to honor

Anyway,
It looks like 1.0 is out.. :)
However, i tried it yesterday and it seems that after install and the reboot
it hangs? I get the splash screen then just a blinking cursor.. :|
No, havent had time to figure out if its me or what.. ( did try it on a Qemu
and a real box tho.. same result )

Try just rebooting and booting the hard drive.

i try to mirror the freedos 1.0 directory.
but whenever i try it the result is always diferent but no errors occur.
i looked at the two other mirrors thats listed so far on the freedos.org
website and it seems they have the same problem.

for release. In the meantime, I've moved the full ISOs to
1.0-Testing, so now only the files in the 1.0 directory are the ones

We had a major failor in our hardware. 3 Harddisks died at the same
time (well there it goes ur raid5). anyway never saw something like that.
the irc network was affected because on one of the nodes our i7c.org hub
was running.
i configured a new hub (balamb) and we r linked again. the only
