Why mem.exe returns "Total memory" 3 612 188K but EAX=500h/int 31h (and
EAX=0xff90/int 21h by DOS32A) returns 2 096 601K only?

Its not an "incompatibility" but it seems some people are just missing
the boat and don't know that in recent weeks a lot of old, no longer
