Has anyone ever done the porting of freeradius from Linux to Windows?
I need this as I am not getting the source code for the Windows version
of freeradius. If that can be got from some location or in case someone
has it. Please let me know.

In src/main/Makefile, added the dynaloader library to the MODULE_LIBS:
MODULE_LIBS = $(STATIC_MODULES)
/usr/local/perl-5.8.3/lib/5.8.3/sun4-solaris/auto/DynaLoader/DynaLoader.a

No. Freeradius.net is compiled under cygwin, and isn't a native port.

followed the HOWTO, so ntlm_auth and winbind authenticate
ntlm_auth is in mschap module and you are sending a pap request. Test
with mschap (or real peap user). BTW that's not the entire output of
RADIUSD -X. It's radtest output.
