radutmp doesnt show any users.....

I have radutmp related configuration in radiusd.conf and when i connect to the radius using my client , i dont get any data logged in radutmp file. On establishing a connections the radutmp related messages in debug (-X) mode are as follows... while there is no file radutmp the way i would expect

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that the NAS ( can not ) send NAS-Port Attribute and that is not changeable at the moment . So that eliminates the options of using radutmp. Basically i am trying to implement concurrency and while trying to do that i wanted to get radutmp going so that
