Hi all,
Forgive me as I know this is something that is probably very easy but this
is the first time we're trying this with FusionPro and I can't for the life
of me figure out what I'm doing wrong.
I am trying to create a barcode for a pre-sorted mailing using the font
provided in FusionPro

Thanks very much for your help so far, I truly appreciate it.
Now for my next question. ;-)
The rules I adapted work fine. And the suppress when variable empty
works great when composing in FusionPro, but NOT when I upload to the
web site.
When entering the fields and generating a proof,
Hey everyone,
I am just starting to use the Fusion Desktop Pro and everyhting is nice
and easy unlil I try to compose and print a 20 page PDF with 500 addresses
on the first page. It creates (after quite some time) a 10 000 page PDF
which is small in size (about 40 MB) but still imposible to rip
Lauren,
I am getting {Tablebody1} on the composition. Perhaps I should explain a
little better.
I have a series of tagged files (.txt) that are different tables. a Part
of one of those tables looks like this;
table columns = 4 title = above alignment = center Margins = bottom:10
column width
Hi,
Is their a way for fusionpro to use its password features to allow it to
use a protected pdf file?
We have one customer that is notorious for their agents creating pdf
proofs online and then simply downloading them from the proof screen and
taking that pdf file to their local print-center to
When you compose, in the Composition Settings dialog, the Security tab has
options to set security on your document. I would recommend seeing if this will
achieve the functionality you are looking for.

You should be able to call a tagged file that contains the data for your table
from a rule. So, you should be able to do what you are attempting. Without
having the job in front of me, this is a little hard to visualize...but, one
potential problem could be in how you are creating the tagged
Any feedback on this version of FusionPro 6.0.1? Many people using? Any

Thanks,

Yes, as I stated, I can set passwords on our proofs. However, it looks as if I
didn't take this far enough. I was under an assumption that since I couldn't
place that pdf file into any other layout program without it beeping at me
for a password, that FusionPro wouldn't be able to either. I
Instead of composing as a PDF, try a VDX, it's a much smaller file and
rips a lot faster. When the compose screen pops up, the option is on the
first tab, about half way down. There's some other options there as
well, incase your printer doesn't handle a VDX. Haven't used anything
but VDX and PDF
I am working on Konica Minolta BIzhub 1050 and 6500 with Fiery Rip.
Hello. We recommend using the PPML output format for EFI Fiery RIPs.
Hope this helps.

To get it to work, open up the zip file and drop all of the files into the
hot folder. You need all of the files, the creo will leave everything in
the hot folder but the PPML file. The second time and forward it will ask
if you want to overwrite the files still in the hot folder. Yes to all.
