One nice thing about Nokia is single vendor support. If you have a
hardware failure, OS problem, or Check Point issue, you can go to
Nokia for support. No finger pointing. Also I like their OS a little
bit better. Even though Sun and Check Point may not want to do
product comparisons, I bet
You mentioned making images of your SPLAT box. How are you doing that? Are you using
that new checkpoint command?

I obtained the .iso image from Check Point. My SE made it available from
their local FTP server. It's about 550MB, so CP has stopped distributing
it via User Center.

I am currently trying to source for information regarding platforms that
support Checkpoint.
I am from Malaysia, and the current market player for Checkpoint platforms
is the Nokia Platform. It rules about 55% of the deployment options.
I have worked with Nokia and indeed it works well
