I need to buy my daughter a replacement battery for her Mac Book Pro
Core Duo, 15 Laptop.
It came with Apple's A1175 battery.
If any of you have suggestions as to what to buy and where to buy it,
I would be grateful.

Starting in single user mode will allow the command (fsck) to check the file
system, but it NEVER SHOWS that the file system HAS been done.
When you restart, it still said fsck NOT DONE, WHY is this wrong?

Journaling takes care of the file system, and when a HD has
journaling, fsck isn't done:

Just get a 250GB or 500GB PATA, and call it quits.
