Anytime any PCI or AGP card is not seated properly the Mac won't boot.
The Nvidia card is not seated properly. It does not belong an inch
behind the panel. With the faceplate off try to reseat it so that the
connections are protruding slightly (about one-eighth of an inch) and
the AGP tab at the b

Just had a tinker and a second look. I took the face plate off the card and
it will fit in the AGP slot, but it sits slightly back from the back of the
machine, meaning I would have to feed the monitor cable through the back of
the machine about an inch.
I also had to remove the modem card
