The single 800 was the low end of the 2002 second generation QSs and is cacheless like the 733 and to be avoided. Of course, if you plan on doing a processor upgrade, then there's really no reason to avoid the 733 '01 or the 800 '02, since the L3 cache is on the processor board anyway. You
