Hi,
I was thinking of an incremental backup script using Backupninja to
backup the galaxy configuration files. Not sure though how long to keep
backups of galaxy datasets. What are other people doing?

Hej Galaxy-admins,
While thinking of backing up the galaxy dir I noticed the database/pbs
directory on our local server contains several gigabytes of data (all
*.o, *.e and galaxy_*.sh scripts). I use the cleanup scripts to remove
deleted datasets, but shouldn't this directory also not be cleaned
Hello,
I just noticed I get metadata errors in the paster.log file. Can someone

Hello,
I am trying to add tools (PyCogent, Qiime) to a Cloudman image using the
mi-deployment scripts. Qiime depends on PyCogent and it needs to be
accessible on the python path, otherwise I get an error:
PyCogent not installed but required. (Is it installed? Is it in the
current user's $PYTHONPAT
