While attempting a fresh Galaxy install from both galaxy-central and
galaxy-dist, I ran into a problem initialising the default SQLite database
(database/universe.sqlite),
$ hg clone https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-dist
...
$ cd galaxy-dist
$ ./run.sh
...
