runner. Per the wiki suggestion we have two config files:
universe_wsgi.webapp.ini and universe_wsgi.runner.ini. I've noticed that we
still need universe_wsgi.ini or else galaxy will not start

Does anyone have an updated tool-runner .XML and .py for MACS 1.4? It
looks like Galaxy uses an older version of MACS.

I am having some trouble compiling SAMtools on a Solaris10 X86 p latform using
gcc compiler version 3.4.6. Using the Makefile I get some link errors and have
not been successful in creating the binary or the associated libraries. It
seemed to me that it was missing the socket library.
