Hi Shantanu,
Thanks for the report. Is there any pattern to the files being marked

Good Morning,
I am getting a big problem with our production server when I upgrade to the

Our galaxy instance no longer seems to run jobs at all, they are not allocated

Hello all,
Galaxy will have a large presence at ISMB/ECCB, 3DSIG, and BOSC, all of
which start this week in Vienna. Galaxy related content includes (at

1 Galaxy organized workshop on "Genomics for Non-Model Organisms"
featuring 4 talks,
7 additional talks at ISMB/ECCB and BOSC, and
Hi Greg,
Another small patch for cleanup_datasets.py, that makes the output messages

The changes are:
1. If a dataset is skipped (because it's shared/cloned and was already
process), no message is printed at all.
2. If a dataset can not be deleted because it is shared
As to how to figure out the id for copying, there isn't an exposed method for
doing this. If you're willing to do a little work to decode it, you can do the
following in python.

Hello Marshall,
Apologies for the delay in reply, we have been restructuring our
community shared tool area and wanted to have that going before we sent
you instructions.
The first step in submitting a new tool/set of tools would be to create
a wrapped version and adding it to the Tool Shed
