Hi all,
I have notice that the run.sh script is creating automatically all missing
configuration and location files to make sure Galaxy can work properly at first
launch. However, the script is not taking care of the actual settings of an
existing universe_wsgi.ini file. As a result, if the uni
existing galaxy.ini and then create each default config files to the
location pointed by galaxy.ini.

Hi all,
We have installed a local galaxy server and we are encountering a problem when
trying to use UCSC display application on private dataset.
UCSC is giving us the following error message :
Unrecognized format line 2 of http://.../galaxy.bed
(note: chrom names are case sensitive)
Curiously,
could cause Galaxy not to use the right function?
Thank you in advance,
Stephanie

Hello Carl,
We are using galaxy-dist on revision a4113cc1cb5e.
When we talk about private dataset, we mean datasets that have been uploaded
been changed and if we refresh
the history manually, the dataset appears in green again.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue ?
Regards,
Julien
