Josh, not sure about Mame, but for project 64 I can play it on a desktop with 512 mb ram and a 1.1 ghz processor just fine. It also depends what game it is. If Its newer, it won't play very well, but if its older, it will play fine. An example would be cruisn' USA for the nintendo 64. It plays
