releaced a few years ago with all copyrighted material removed.
It says at the top Open Game Content.
I think What they removed is the ways to set up your character and the dice
rool charts to run them.

There're several apps on the app store that are cross-referenced DD
rule books. I haven't tried them yet, but they're just a couple of
dollars.
